Why are job applicants rejected because of their age?
Age affects the possibility of getting a job - but above all the risk of NOT getting a job. Several surveys show that employers are starting to opt out of applicants as early as the age of 40, despite the fact that the shortage of experienced and competent staff is currently greater than ever.
