At Linnaeus University, there is zero tolerance against discrimination, harassment, and other types of violations.
The university has routines for handling cases where someone has been subjected to or suspect any form of victimisation.
- It is important that students who feel subjected to violations report this. It is also important that that you report if you observe a suspected violation or sexual harassment. As a student, you should, as a rule, turn to the head of department at your department for help”, says Karin Fingal, coordinator for equal rights.
The document Procedure in case of suspected discrimination or victimisation – process description has been established to guarantee a legally secure handling of reports of suspected violations for both students and employees.
On the student pages, you can learn more about the definition of discrimination and sexual harassment and how to submit a report.
