AM Explorer is a database that provides access to millions of primary sources in the social sciences and humanities from the 15th century to the present day.
The database contains hundreds of collections covering areas such as history, religion, anthropology, and literature. You can search by theme, time period, or geographic area. Among the digitized archival material, you can find photographs, newspaper articles, and posters, among other things. The database also supports a technology that allows you to search for specific terms in handwritten sources called Handwritten Text Recognition (HTR).
