Free online resilience training designed for students

Runs for three weeks
The training is part of an EUniWell project. It is only available in English, but the questionnaires are available in Swedish and English. It starts on 24 January 2024 and runs for three weeks (with meetings 24 January, 31 January and 7 February at 7.00-9.00 pm).
