"We believe that with the help of our results, the management of organisations and companies will see that different types of policy instruments are needed in combination for effective financial management. Different forms of governance relate to and influence each other, while complementing and reinforcing each other's purposes. Through the insights that this thesis provides, managers will also gain the view that the environment around the policy instruments, such as employees and policy documents, is crucial for how the relationship between the policy instruments appears. In this development, dialogue, participation and commitment are crucial factors, Fanny and Victoria say about their work.
