The School of Business and Economics is pleased to announce that we have become a Signatory Member of the Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME).
PRME is a United Nations-supported initiative that aims to raise the profile of sustainability in business- and management schools around the world and equip their students with the understanding and ability that future leaders need to deliver change tomorrow.
Seven Principles focus on fostering sustainability and ethical conduct;
purpose, values, teach, research, partner, practice, and share.
In line with the School of Business and Economics’ commitment to these principles, the faculty also supports Linnaeus University's sustainability work, which is based on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s), such as environment, climate, gender equality, equal opportunities, work environment, and internationalization.
- Therefore, sustainability and climate issues are integrated as success factors for education and research, says Per Servais, PRME Director at the School of Business and Economics.
