Following a review of its content providers, ERIC announces that 159 publications will no longer be indexed.
Due to a reduced budget, ERIC has conducted a comprehensive review of its indexed sources, focusing on timeliness, coverage, and operational status. As a result of this evaluation, 159 sources will no longer be indexed—58 academic journals and 101 other publications. However, the database will continue to index over 1,800 sources (1,215 journals and 608 non-journal publications).
For researchers, this represents a significant change in access to education-related research through ERIC.
