As a student at Linnaeus University, you can nominate a teacher or supervisor for Linnaeus University's Medal of Merit. Badges of Merit are awarded to employees at Linnaeus University who have contributed in an outstanding way to strengthening the vision of the creative and international research and knowledge environment that cultivates curiosity, innovation, benefit and proximity at Linnaeus University. The award for outstanding supervisors in doctoral education is awarded to supervisors who have made significant contributions to the University's doctoral education. If you have studied at doctoral level, you are welcome to submit your nomination.
The award for outstanding teachers for teaching expertise is awarded to teachers who have demonstrated outstanding teaching expertise that is of great importance to the university's education at undergraduate and graduate level. Both you who have studied a bachelor's and master's or master's are welcome to submit your nomination.
Whatis a badge of merit?
A badge of merit means an award in the form of a diploma and that an amount of SEK 25,000 is set aside for research, skills development or other activity of importance for the person's continued development within the university's activities.
