Upload with Kaltura Capture version 4.2.110 does not work

It works again to upload files using Kaltura Capture if you download the software with download link from play.lnu.se, MyMoodle or from the auto-upload in Kaltura Capture. The incorrect version 4.2.110 has now been removed from the server.

If you happen to have version 4.2.110 of Kaltura Capture installed automatically, you need to reinstall the older version (4.2.83) for it to work. You can download that version with the following link:

There are issues with the latest version of Kaltura Capture. Version 4.2.110 is not compatible with the server version used by the Play service, which prevents the upload of recorded media from Kaltura Capture (you get an error message stating that it is not possible to connect). However, earlier versions (4.2.78, 4.2.83) work as usual.

While our provider is trying to fix the error, we do NOT recommend using Kaltura Capture for recording but instead use Zoom or other recording software and then upload it manually.
