Traveling with art
Art can take you on a journey with clues to different worlds and perspectives. A ticket to a track, a path, a road that is constantly moving, giving you the opportunity to understand both others and yourself. Public art makes time, space, and human presence visible in our shared environments and reminds us that we are living, thinking individuals.
Encountering art means giving yourself time—to pause, reflect, and allow yourself to be enriched. It is a journey that can lead to new knowledge, new perspectives, and inspiration. In an everyday life where we often pass by art on our way to something else, there is a challenge in actually choosing to see. Someone daring to share their expression is a generous act – and taking part in it is a reminder of courage, curiosity and openness to the unknown.
During the fall and spring semesters, you can join various guided tours of the art on the Växjö campus. Together, we will discover art through different routes and stops along the way. See the calendar for the next opportunity.

We also offer booked art tours for staff groups, associations, visitors, etc.
