This one-year master programme offers advanced studies of the mechanisms, institutions and processes by which listed corporations are governed, often referred to as corporate governance. In the programme, you will study how various parts of the corporate governance system operates, as well as the composition and regulation of the system as a whole.
The program offers a stable point of departure for students aiming for a career in accountancy, banking and/or finance, or within research in these areas.
