Methods in Social Sciences
The course aims to provide in-depth knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methods in the social sciences as well as in-depth insights into the analytical procedures on which these methods rest. The course also deals with questions about how quantitative and qualitative methods can be combined (mixed methods). Research ethics is an overarching course element that recurs in all parts of the course.
