Third-cycle (doctoral) programme in Library and Information Science

Third-cycle education in Library and Information Science at Linnaeus University is presently in a build-up phase. Currently ongoing doctoral education is offered within the context of Swedish national research schools in Library and Information Science and Digital Humanities.

Development of third-cycle education in Library and Information Science is currently taking place within in the context of existing research groups:

• The Library and Cultural Policy Studies research group (in Swedish)
• The Critical Knowledge Organization Studies research group

PhD student positions will be announced when funding is available.
