Tourism Research Group

The group studies tourism with a research focus on sustainability from interdisciplinary perspectives, including economics, marketing, human geography, transport studies, systems ecology, business administration, sociology and psychology.

More specifically, the group has conducted research on passenger transport, events and festivals; food, tourism and regional development; information and communication technologies in tourism; tourism and global and planetary environmental change; mobilities; climate change mitigation; climate policy; as
well as urban planning and change.
