This project is about developing a business model for omnichannel retailing. Global competition in highly dynamic retail markets demands firms to detect changes in their business model to take effective actions in order to transition towards seamless retailing. A key aim of this project is to investigate the challenges, transition, and success factors of retail business’s use of multiple customer channels.
