Doctoral project: Who is alone? How is the loneliness of the elderly in the countryside constructed in the social services' speech, text and action

My doctoral project was about making visible and problematizing how the loneliness of the elderly in rural areas is constructed in the social services' speech, text and action. As part of this, it was included to deepen the understanding of how the geographical framework has significance and impact on the social services' assessment of loneliness among older people in rural areas.

This project was concluded in 2025.
