More about the project
In order to improve the care of hard-to-heal ulcers to prevent recurrence in wounds and increase the patient's quality of life, we are planning a project to increase the patient's participation. The goal is to prevent recurrence of wounds, a common complication due to ignorance, lack of commitment and insufficient coordination of many actors, and the prevailing culture in wound healing.
This project incorporates the doctoral project Self-care as a method to reduce the risk of wound recurrence.
