Project: From awareness to action – Strengthening anti-corruption in the City of Turku (FACT-TURKU)

FACT-TURKU is a research project that examines corruption awareness, attitudes, and risk areas within the City of Turku, drawing on Finland's national anti-corruption strategy (2025–27) and existing research showing that corruption awareness and risk management in Finnish municipalities are often insufficient. The project will produce concrete recommendations for strengthening Turku's anti-corruption framework, contributing to its goals in areas such as sound financial management, equal treatment of residents, and sustainable urban development.
