More about the project

The aim of the project is to examine the genesis and development of unwanted dog behaviors, and how they affect the surroundings. We put focus on understanding dog aggression and fear, how they develop and manifest. A dog that is displaying aggression can namely be afraid. The study is performed by enquires where the respondents can answer questions concerning dogs and dog behavior, and the consequences of the unwanted behaviors.

The enquiry is addressed to those

  • who have been object of dog aggression
  • whose dog was subjected to another dog's aggression
  • who owns a dog that has shown aggression towards other dogs/animals/or people
