More about the project
The project establishes a sustainable mobility corridor between Linnaeus University and Al Ain University (AAU) in computer science, software engineering and IT. It brings together inclusive selection, clear Learning Agreements and full academic recognition with comprehensive participant support before, during and after mobility. Co‑developed courses, co‑teaching, intensive blocks and joint supervision will yield Open Educational Resources (OER), upgraded pedagogy and improved employability.
Students will engage in coursework, labs and team projects; staff mobility covers teaching, curriculum co‑design and training on recognition, accessibility and blended/digital delivery. Activities follow Erasmus+ priorities—Inclusion & Diversity, Green and Digital—and Linnaeus University’s responsible internationalisation approach.
Structured post‑mobility debriefs and dissemination (seminars, web, OER) ensure benefits reach mobile and non‑mobile learners alike.
Long‑term outcomes include joint outputs, internship pathways and reinforced university–industry links in Sweden and the UAE.
