More about the project
The project aims to make experimental equipment accessible to everyone, everywhere, via web interfaces. Our solution is the concept of "flipped laboratory", a distance support in the form of remote-controlled physical laboratory environments, with real measuring instruments and experimental objects, as well as teaching content based on the "flipped classroom" approach.
The solution supports all students: distance-based educational contents as support and complement to regular teaching makes learning less site-dependent and strengthens students' self-esteem in technology-related learning. It is critical that teachers feel comfortable with and can use the solution efficiently, so we also focus on high school teachers' skills development in the intended solution.
In this project phase, the conditions and needs are analyzed. The solution is then concretized and a project consortium is built.
