In collaboration with researchers from Linnaeus University, staff at the two preschools in Växjö will seek to deepen their understanding of teaching and learning by using both research and experience-based evidence. They will systematically examine and evaluate their practice, focusing on documentation and assessment, in order to improve their professional competence.

The project is part of the research in the Forskning om pedagogiska professioner och praktiker (PEPP) and Studies in Curriculum, Teaching and Evaluation (SITE) research groups.
