More about the project
Previous collaboration research shows that problems and conflicts sometimes arise as a part of collaboration. This project analyses successful cooperation.
In this study, researchers endeavour to describe the contributing factors that are necessary to achieve the phenomenon of a successful collaboration. The researchers do this partially with help from studies published in the literature, but especially by analysing studies' empirical material: narratives from the interviewees, field notes and documents. The aim is to analyse how and when the actors within youth care, school, social care, police and coast guard portray successful cooperation, and which discursive and interactive patterns are involved in the construction of this phenomenon.
