I am a doctoral researcher at the department of Management at the School of Business and Economics.
My research locates in the fields of management and organization studies and corporate governance.
My broad research interests center around decision making, board and TMT work, dissent and dialogue in groups and organizational culture.
My PhD thesis project is focused on boardroom interactions and draws particularly on observations of actual board meetings over a period of one year.
