Amanda is a psychologist who is researching as part of the Diversity in the Labour Market Group, funded by Swedish National Research Council. She conducts research in work and organizational psychology, stress and well-being, judgement and decision making, and discrimination, inclusion and diversity in the workplace.
Amanda was a senior lecturer in psychology in the UK for many years. She was awarded a PhD in work and organizational psychology in 2023. She teaches on the Master in Work and Organizational Psychology at Linnaeus.
