Anna Bratt
Associate professorI am a seniour lecturer and associate professor at the Department of Psychology. In my research I focus on health and well-being, specifically in the areas of mental health and aging. My studies include an investigation of the lived experiences of older adults during the COVID-19 pandemic in Sweden, an exploration of negative attitudes towards aging and their impact on life satisfaction, a study on internet-based stress management courses for healthcare professionals, and a non-randomized controlled trial on the effectiveness of group-based compassion-focused therapy for adolescents and their parents.
