I am a trained specialist nurse in cardiac care and I work in Primary Care, more precisely at Färjestaden's Health Care Center at 50% and the rest of the time I am a Phd student in Caring Sciences at Linnaeus University.
Research
The purpose of my research project is to investigate experiences of and attitudes towards cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in doctors, nurses, care staff and to map sudden cardiac arrest in nursing homes or what in Sweden is called special accommodation (SÄBO).
My first study includes a survey and description of sudden cardiac arrests at SÄBO and a comparison with sudden cardiac arrests at home in people over 65 years of age.
