I am an assistant professor in business administration, specializing in corporate finance. My research focuses on corporate governance and financial analysts. I study financial analyst primarily in their capacity as information intermediaries and monitors in various corporate governance systems. These studies are done usually as comparative studies of international corporate governance systems. The research projects I participate in are linked to The Corporate Governance Research Group at Linnaeus University. I teach mainly in corporate finance at an advanced level. In addition, I supervise theses in corporate finance.
