I am a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Political Science at Linnaeus University and my research interests focus on political participation, electoral politics, public opinion, representative democracy, and democratic consolidation. I hold a Ph.D. in Politics from the University of Sussex, UK. Before joining the Department of Political Science at Linnaeus University, I was Lecturer in Political Science at the University of Dalarna, Visiting Assistant Professor/Postdoctoral fellow at the World Values Survey at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, and an Associate Tutor in Politics at the University of Sussex, UK.
