As a coordinator for equal rights, I work strategically for everyones equal opportunities and gender equality at the university. I also investigate reports of suspected discrimination and harassment. I function as a support both to the management and the rest of the organization with gender mainstreaming and the active work of mapping, analyzing and addressing possible risks of discrimination and harassment.
I have studied human rights at advanced level in Lund, with a focus on women's rights and social norms. I have also studied gender studies (Intersectionality and change) in Linköping, with a focus on sexual violence and trafficking from a decolonial perspective in Peru.
