Fredrik Hanell is an Associate Professor in Library and Information Science.

Teaching

Fredrik currently teaches on the Bachelor programmes and the Master's programme in Library and Information Science.

Research

Fredrik Hanell holds a PhD in Library and Information Studies from Lund University (2019). His research interests include critical library studies, in particular focusing on public libraries as actors in a democratic society, and studies of media and information literacy in digital settings, as well as digital methods development and critique.
