My work consists of teaching in marketing, commerce and business. It also includes research and collaboration with the surrounding society as well as commissioned education that involves developing academic skills of employees in the private and public sectors.
I hold a PhD at Åbo Akademi, Åbo (Turku), Finland. My research focuses on marketing and information systems / information technology (IS / IT). This includes research on service, servicescape, digital servicescape, and digital wellness services.
