Research
I am interested in exercise training and physiology focusing on applied research. I have extensive experience in developing new testing protocols and evaluating their metrics, such as reliability, validity, sensitivity, and responsiveness. My research also encompasses the optimization of sports performance by analyzing and interpreting the effects of different training modalities.
