Research
My research is conducted within the project Eir, where we examine whether two equivalent internet-based stress management courses can reduce work-related stress and improve quality of life and self-care among healthcare personnel.
I am also conducting a qualitative study in which I interview healthcare personnel. about their experiences of moral distress and their capacity for self-compassion.
In addition, my supervisors and I have established a collaboration with PhD candidate Anna Bennesved and Professor Anders Bremer, where we evaluate whether an ethics round for ambulance staff has an effect on stress of conscience.
