Jaime Campos is an Associate Professor at the Department of Informatics, Linnaeus University, Sweden. His PhD research contributed to the EU-funded project DYNAMITE (Dynamic Decisions in Maintenance), where he collaborated with VTT (Technical Research Centre of Finland), which was the project coordinator. He developed applications leveraging web and embedded technologies designed to provide various services for the production industry. His later research involvement spans several projects intersecting ICTs with the industrial (particularly maintenance) and eHealth sectors. He has been a keynote speaker, an editor as well as a reviewer of a number of scientific journals and conferences. He has authored and co-authored multiple research papers focused on both industrial and eHealth domains. Additionally, he coordinates the Information Systems Master's program at Linnaeus University. His teaching and research interests encompass digital capabilities and transformation, decision support through big data and analytics, as well as human-centric approaches to decision support solutions.
