I have been a doctoral student since January 2024 at the School of Economics in Kalmar, within the Department of Management. My research focuses on organisation and leadership, mainly on how wellbeing is constructed in times of digitalisation.

My research project aims to understand How is organizational well-being constructed? The aim is to make visible typical patterns in how well-being is constructed collectively through actions and organizational practices. I am particularly interested in how changing structures and work processes shape the ways in which employees understand, express and relate to their well-being.
