As sociologist I take special interest in the structural intersections of class and race in organisational work. I focus on labour market contexts and primarily work with comparative and ethnographic methods such as interview, participant observation and text. I have experience of analysing how language use (discourse) relates to representative forms of action and organisational change. In my work I try to grasp and explain exclusion and inclusion in practical ways that may be of use to organisational development and to other forms of collective action with inclusive and anti-racist aims. My working languages are English, Danish and Swedish.

Teaching

I am head of Human Resource Program and mainly teach courses within this program. I also supervise in sociology.
