I also supervise Degree Projects work on the BMA program and NutriLivs program and I am course coordinator/examiner for the Degree Project in Chemistry at first level (15 ECTS credits), and a number of other courses.

Research

I am a member of the Food Science Research Group led by Cornelia Witthöft. I am also associated with the research groups "Ecological Chemistry" led by Prof Rikard Unelius. My current research is focused on developing analyzes for micronutrients and phytochemicals, and how their content can be optimized in food.
