I am a doctoral student in Library and Information Science within the national research school ReSource: Transforming Reading and Source Criticism in Digital Cultures, since September 2023.
My thesis work is about change management at academic libraries and through case studies I will investigate how new technology is implemented into the organisation and daily work. My main interest is how organisations, such as academic libraries, handle and adapt to change, how they themselves initiate change and what comes from, for example, the university or the library users. The interaction and processes between the people, the organisation and the technology are the basis of this thesis.
I have previously worked in university libraries, mainly with teaching.
