Research

Mohanraj's research interest primarily concerns high energy astrophysics experiments.

The ALTO/CoMET R&D project at Linnaeus University

ALTO is an R&D project aiming to build a Very-High-Energy gamma-ray observatory based on Water Cherenkov technology. He is responsible for Gamma/Hadron shower separation and Monte Carlo simulation monitoring in this project.

The H.E.S.S. collaboration

High Energy Stereoscopic System (H.E.S.S.) is a major ground-based gamma-ray observatory based on Air Cherenkov Technique. In this collaboration, he is an active member of the "Transients" working group and involved in Neutrino-Gamma and Gamma-ray Burst (GRB) team.

Previously he was a research scholar at TIFR - INO graduate school.
