MA - German and French from the University of Aberdeen, BA in English from Blekinge Institute of Technology, MA in English from Växjö University. Certificate in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) from Sheffield City Polytechnic.
Previous experience includes teaching at university level in Sweden as well as tailor-made courses for various corporations and authorities in southern Sweden. Oral examiner for University of Cambridge Local Examinations Syndicate in Sweden.
I teach mainly on the first levels: Language Proficiency, Language History, Academic Writing, Children's Literature and Children's Language Development for primary school trainee teachers, specialist courses on the International Administration programme as well as translation to English at the advanced level.
I have been engaged in union work since 2008. I am currently deputy board member of Saco-S at LNU, after having been vice chair and chair for several years. I have been chair of SULF at LNU since 2015.
