I am a management scholar interested in strategic decision-making and cognition with a nexus to tourism, transportation as well as related network and service industries.

I received my PhD in Management (Dr.oec.) from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), Switzerland, in 2014.

To date, my research and teaching has focused on business models and innovation, flow-based destination management, strategic management and governance in the transportation industry, and reflexivity in decision-making.

In consulting and coaching roles, I have worked with businesses, NGOs, SOEs, and government agencies in the tourism sector and transportation industry.
