International possibilities

At Linnaeus University you have great possibilities to internationalize. Here you can read more about exchange studies at one of our partner universities, as well as about traineeship and independent research projects abroad.

As a student at Linneus University you will get intercultural perspectives through both teaching, interaction with international students, international course literatur and guest professors from other countries. In this way you will broaden your horizons and welcome challenges and different perspectives of both yourself and your surroundings. International experiences make you grow academically, personally and professionally.

On this page you will find information about international experiences that you can get through your education.

The application for exchange studies during the academic year 2025/2026 is now open!

The deadline is November 15, at 15.00.

Read more and submit your application on the webpage for exchange studies

"Experiences I would not want to trade for anything in the world."

Matilda Sjöberg, alumni of the Tourism Programme, was on exchange in Japan. She shares her experiences from studies, trips and cultural activities at her host university Akita International University's website - and describes how things do not always turn out the way one had planned and how that can be a good thing.
