What is Junior Leadership Academy?
Junior Leadership Academy is a part of Center for leadership in Småland. Starting in 2020, the center runs the project ”Leadership and entrepreneurship in Småland” which also includes JLA and collaboration with Young Entrepreneurship in Kalmar and Kronoberg.
The project is financed by the Kamprad family foundation, Region Kalmar Län, Region Kronoberg, Linnaeus University, University of Technology at Jönköping University and the European regional development foundation through Tillväxtverket. The digital site for the project is Ledarkunskap.se.
The Mentor Programme
A chance to development - The purpose of the mentor programme is to strengthen the students' qualifications for their future careers and working lives – and to give the mentors the opportunity to contribute in this process by meeting the coworkers of the future.
Participation in the mentor programme means investing some of your time, in return you get to take part of others' experiences and networks, which can be valuable in your future studies, career and working life.
