Renting a sublet
Are you considering renting a sublet? Unfortunately, there are some scams associated with subletting. Always make sure that the person who posted the ad is the actual tenant, and that they are authorised to let their place to someone else. Insist on seeing identification and on setting up a tenancy agreement. Another thing to keep in mind is to never make any payments before you have seen the place and signed the agreement.
