Lunch retreat - Rest your mind
Come and sit for half an hour and rest your head, every Wednesday at 12.30. We meet in the Meditation room in house H. Re-start February 12.
Release your shoulders and breathe. We use techniques like meditation and mindfulness to stay with ourselves for a while. We are often an international group and speak English. You follow us guiding a meditation and no previous experience of mindfulness or meditation is needed. But an open heart and a open mind is always useful:)
You can only show up, no pre-registration.
