Mindfulness workshop
You learn both techniques and attitudes that helps you to be more aware and more present in your life. So you can go less on autopilot. Be more here and now and less stressed and more focused. And hopefully more understanding towards yourself. This semester we will offer a workshop in Växjö. Student lounge. We meet October 13. between 13.00 and 14.30.
