Martin Bergqvist, Helena Ekelund and Johan Rosquist (police research and political science), present draft of an application for funding on democratic rights, the Easter riots, and the learning process of this crisis in the police. After the short presentation, the floor is open for suggestions, questions, discussion, and reflections.
