How to prepare for this conference
Here’s how to prepare for this conference:
Self-Introduction Presentation:
As part of the conference program, each participant will present a 2-minute, 1-slide presentation about themselves, their research, and/or the courses they teach. Please prepare this brief presentation to share with fellow attendees during Day 1 of the conference.
AI Breakout Group Participation:
On Day 2 of the conference, you will be assigned to a breakout group based on your selection during registration. These groups will focus on AI in academia. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the topics related to the group you registered for, as there will be interactive discussions and activities to engage in.
"Recycle a Poster" Session:
We invite you to bring an old poster that you have presented at a previous conference. The poster should be as old and dusty as possible and should not have been updated. This session aims to showcase past research and spark new discussions around older projects, and we hope to see posters of both senior and junior researchers alike!
New posters also welcome for those who have never made one before!
Lawn games & Dinner
We'll have a conference dinner at Söderport on June 3rd, preceded by lawn games out side the castle. Bring your favorite lawn game!
Study Visit
On Day 2, we will take a field study trip to Kährs in Nybro, leaving at 12.30 and arriving back at 16.00.
Should you have any questions or require further information, please do not hesitate to contact us at caliac@lnu.se .
