Henrik Nilsson is a lecturer at the department of School of Education, at Linnaeus University, Sweden. His reseach concers the organization of education in residential areas characterized by social and ethnic diversity, school improvement and school leadership. Beside the reasearch is he working as a teacher at the Teacher's and Principal's Training program.
