Henrik Nilsson is a lecturer at the department of education and teachers’ practice, at Linnaeus University, Sweden. His reseach concers the organization of education in residential areas characterized by social and ethnic diversity, school improvement and school leadership. Beside the reasearch is he working in co-operation with municipalities and the Swedish National Agency for Education.
